This industrial development  is located on 43 acres, one mile east of US 75 on 121^st street in Jenks. Black Gold developed this in two phases: the first phase has three buildings that Black Gold built for themselves and two other tenants (a therapy clinic and Flintco, a national general contractor).  They also sold 3 of the remaining 5 lots to a drugstore and an industrial storage user.

The remaining 20 acres is for sale for industrial use, and Black Gold will likely start a spec industrial building later in 2024.
