The Reserve at Osage
The Reserve at Osage is an exclusive new development in that combines country living with modern luxury. The residential community offers scenic walking trails, a shared clubhouse, expansive green spaces and a private lake - all while being only a short drive from the city of Tulsa.
Residences at Boardwalk
A unique new concept in high-end multi-family dwellings, Residences is now expanding its lakeside project from its original 200 units. As of January 2024, construction has commenced on an additional 256 units; these will be completed in Summer 2025.
Occlusion Solutions
Occlusion is a 2023 start-up, the genesis of which is an exclusive license agreement that Black Gold was able to secure with the University of Kentucky for a patented cement process that was developed for the US Army.
South Shore at Grand lake
The newest development on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees also has the closest homes to Tulsa or OKC on Grand Lake.
White Hawk Golf Course
Black Gold affiliates have acquired 163 acres of land in Bixby, Oklahoma that has been a golf course for over 20 years.
The Collaborative
Not all business is about work! At its mixed use concept on 51st between Harvard and Yale in Tulsa, Black Gold has developed a concept that is anchored with a classy, trendy coffee shop/wine bar.
Vinterra
Vinterra is a full-service event center located in a semi-rural setting in south Bixby. This 14,000 SF facility opened in October of 2022.
Committed Water
Black Gold engineered the acquisition of a technology a little over two years ago that we believe will bring solutions to some aspects of what the United Nations labels as one of the world’s top three environmental problems. The investor group has invested over $10M in the development of the technology since then and is ready to take it to market.
Black Gold Builders
Black Gold acts as its own general contractor on some of its jobs, and as a sub contractor to a larger general on other jobs such as their multifamily projects.
DataForge Technologies
DataForge Technologies LLC does SaaS (software as a service) for large companies, principally in the energy space. Partnering with Mike Orr, a native Oklahoman who has served as CIO for a number of large companies, this operation started in July 2023.
Soaring on Hope
Soaring on Hope (SOH) is a child and adolescent therapy facility located at 51st and Sheridan in Tulsa, Oklahoma. SOH provides treatment for children with autism, including speech, occupational, physical, and ABA therapy.
Nitro-Lift holdings
An energy services technology company acquired by Black Gold affiliates in 2019, Nitro Lift has proprietary nitrogen producing technology that enabled it to negotiate in early 2020 an exclusive US distribution license with Nissan Chemicals of Japan.
Storage OK
Black Gold completed in Q4 of 2020 three unique storage concepts in the Tulsa Metro area.
South County Crossing
This industrial development is located on 43 acres, one mile east of US 75 on 121st street in Jenks. Black Gold purchased this land from from Koch Industries in Wichita.
