Committed Water

Although it is believed that the applications go much beyond this, the current traction for this technology is in the oil and gas production industry, where the Oklahoma Corporation Commission has provided the first ever license for the land application of produced water and frac water. It also has application for refineries, waste water plants, refuse land filll operations, slaughter facilities, and others. Of most significant interest to Black Gold is the commitment of the company to utilize the technology and some of its profits for chronic third world water issues faced by millions of people in many parts of the 10/40 window.

The company has completed development and has a robust 2nd generation system completed that  processes over 20,000 barrels per day of oil field water. We expect 2024 to bring an additional round of investor equity and/or a capital transaction of some type for the building of more units and the building of an executive team to take this technology to the market.
